I cannot say enough good things about my experience. As someone who has been extremely afraid of the dentist for years, walking into a dental office is usually filled with anxiety and fear. However, this team completely changed that for me. Dental Assistant Xavier was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring from the moment I arrived. He took the time to listen to my concerns, answered my questions, and helped me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. Dr. Ahmed was equally amazing. He explained every step of the process, never made me feel rushed, and genuinely cared about making sure I felt safe and informed. His calm demeanor and willingness to answer questions helped ease so much of the fear I had been carrying for years. I also want to recognize Lexi at the front office. She was wonderful in explaining the payment process and helping me understand everything clearly. Financial discussions can sometimes feel overwhelming, but she was patient, professional, and incredibly helpful. Every person I interacted with treated me with kindness, respect, and compassion. For the first time in a very long time, I left a dental appointment feeling relieved instead of terrified. If you’re someone who struggles with dental anxiety, I cannot recommend this office enough.
