Another great visit. Near perfect customer service. Bea, Laura, Becky, DR. B.! 5.0. Each are skilled at the particular job, patient and professionally answer every question you have and ask if you have more. Bea served with compassion and an acute attention to detail to include bathroom breaks and educating along each step of the process. Becky should be a surgeon; she provided the softest of touch even when poking your for examination. She provided educational aids to help provide a better understanding of process and procedures. Laura was professional and provided an overview of insurance, cost analysis, and insured you understood the cost and received YOUR desired level of care. And then there is Dr. B - smartest person in the room!... in a GREAT way. That said, if allowed I'd give a 4.5 star due to the Pre-registeration (MyChart) process that does not seem to work over multiple appointments and after multiple attempts. Even after pre-registering AND having a follow up phone call to confirm I had pre-registered, the information I provided was not available, 48 hours later, to the staff upon arrival. Causing for a need to re-register and signatures. Only five minutes BUT, if you're not armed with your username/password it can be frustrating (and run your blood pressure through the roof!). Regardless, I'll keep coming back because the people and customer service are indeed superior and rate a 5.0. Kudos to Bea and team. Smile generation-My Chart needs to do better.

I had a fantastic experience at Stone Oak Modern Dentistry! Technician Rosie was incredibly kind, thorough, and made me feel completely at ease during my visit. Dr. Thomas was equally wonderful—professional, attentive, and clearly passionate about patient care. I truly appreciate the excellent service and highly recommend this team to anyone looking for top-notch dental care!
